How the program worksDo I need to be there?
No. Most of our clients are not. You approve the work from the photographs on your phone, and every Care Visit sends a photo report to your phone, with the gate latched in the last frame.
Quick Clean or Deep Clean?
The Quick Clean cleans everything we can reach without taking the grill apart. The Deep Clean takes it apart, clears the burners, cleans the backsplash and countertop, and tests everything. If the grill is not lighting or heating right, it needs the Deep Clean.
What does the Deep Clean include?
Everything in the Quick Clean, plus full disassembly. Flame tamers, the full firebox, and the grill hood are removed, degreased, and steamed. Burners and tubes come out and are cleared. We photograph the twelve-point inspection, test the ignition, gas connection, regulator, and valves, light and photograph every burner, and clean the backsplash and countertop.
Which grills do you service?
Built-in gas grills from Blaze, Lynx, DCS, Twin Eagles, Coyote, Alfresco, Hestan, Wolf, Viking, Fire Magic, Napoleon, and most other premium brands. Cart grills are welcome at the same prices; the program is for built-in grills only.
